This place has the rudest drivers and management staff!! Our customer sends a driver from this company practically every single day and we had some product that they were going to deliver and we asked the driver could you wait five more minutes we have something else we could send. He says no I can’t do that. Literally he would’ve been in and out of our building in less than 10 minutes. This would’ve saved our customer from having to schedule another trip. I asked for the drivers name and his company name and he refused to give it to me. So then I thought well his office will probably like to hear this. So I called to explain my experience to the main office sales department. I expected an apology and thank you for the feedback. However when I told them the situation and said I should recommend the customer find a different courier, he said well that’s not necessary. Then he hung up on me. I would look up the service pronto. They’ve always been reliable and friendly.
