I chose Zeiglers because they have a good reputation. But they did significant damage to my china cabinet and a leaf to my dining room table either when they moved them or while in storage. These 2 pieces of furniture have been through 5 military moves and never once had any kind of damage. While they offered to repair the damage, it never should have happened.

Horrible experience with this company. Movers damaged my $2000 couch and when ghost when i sent the claim form for repair. One of the two movers said there was already damage when there was not and the other owned up to the damage and said yes, it was us and we will make a claim. Claim was never delt with, no compensation has been awarded even though i paid for insurance.

The entire moving experience with Zeiglers was terrific! From the initial meeting and providing an estimate, to packing, to items in storage, to the final destination, we couldn't have been more pleased! The care they took with everything from our belongings to they way the treated our floors and walls was superb! I highly recommend them!

On August 27th 2021 we downsized and went from a two story bi-level to a smaller home all on one floor. We hired Ziegler’s to move us. They showed right on time and we were so impressed with the three man crew how they worked together to get us moved. They were very friendly and maticulous about everything they did. We had nothing broken and when we got to the new house I was concerned about the carpet getting dirty but they knew exactly what to do. When relocating or moving, look no further than Zeigler's. Although they charge by the hour, if you have your household items placed into their secure, temperature controlled faclity, there was no drive time or unloading charges to customer. Unlike Gastleys highway robbery quote of almost 5k based on weight, not including storage, Zeigler's moved and relocated our furniture into new house 6 months later for less than $1,800 total. There was no damage done to either house by courteous movers and belongings arrived back in excellent condition, including many antiques. Zeigler's also disassembled and reassembled all the beds in about 4.5 efficient hours at each house with an hour of travel time each way with absolutely no charge to customer.
