I've had a great experience with ZipCubes. I had placed all my belongings into storage when I went overseas in late 2019 and then moved to Los Angeles. I thought the storage would be temporary but the pandemic delayed my plans. I find the customer service with ZipCubes to always be prompt, efficient, and friendly. I recently had my cubes removed and was happy to see that everything was stored very well with no issues. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for temporary or long-term storage.

We've been using Zipcubes for years. You get a huge amount of space for a very affordable rate, and since there isn't open access to the cubes, it's extremely secure. Be sure to pack your things well, though, because they do move the cubes around at the warehouse. The only drawback is that they don't leave the cube at your location for loading. You have to load while the driver waits, so you have to be quick. If you visit their facility though, you can take all the time you need.

I requested a quote online, and the website said a team member would follow up with a quote. They never did, and so I called and left messages three times. I never heard back. Same thing happened with SmartBox. No clue what happened or why these two establishments aren't interested in additional business. Instead, I went with PODS and had a fantastic experience. Prompt customer service and fair prices.
