I recently worked for them. While some of the cabs are not in great shape, and sometimes are late, I can assure you they do their absolute best to give you good customer service. I always got paid in a timely manner and NEVER felt cheated. If their was a discrepancy they handled it right away.

We called for a ride and was told 3:30pm and the driver was on time. We appreciated the prompt service and will definitely use them again. My husband was a former worker and know that they are very reliable.

This morning my cab tracker showed a predicted arrival time 47 minutes late. When I called dispatch out of concern I was told that the dispatcher (yesterday) should have told me that because I had requested a cab on a weekend, at 5:30 am, they couldn't guarantee they would have one! No such thing was said. The snotty dispatch said 'well do you want to cancel?' and before I could answer, he said, 'it's cancelled'. Beware. I won't use them again. Meanwhile, I am looking at several hundred dollars of airport parking fees.

Customer Service was terrible. In what world can you tell a customer you won't accommodate them , especially when they're not asking for anything over the top. Lady at the front desk told us they don't give bumpers to people over the age of 6. But what about KIDS who haven't fully developed how to keep the ball on the lane and who are just doing this for fun. There aren't any signs anywhere in the building that speak of this particular rule. Regardless, THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT!!!!! 2 THUMBS DOWN

I recently worked for them, the staff are highly disrespectful they steal money from drivers by doing “gas shortages” which is when someone reports you for not filling the van up past the Full Line, they are actually filling up their personal cars and other vans that are not being used and putting it off on the driver, they lie and say you will make $150 a day which is false most days you make less than $80 which you have to pay them half, and a $10 dispatchers fee even the dispatchers are on pay roll. The vans are in terrible conditions which they do nothing about, and I have been talked to disrespectfully as well as having to stand up for someone else who also was talked to incorrectly. Some drivers are their family members so theres no background checks for them. YOU ARE BETTER OFF TAKING AN UBER OR LYFT BECAUSE ITS SAFER, CHEAPER, AND THEY ARE MADE TO KEEP THEIR CAR IN GOOD CONDITION & NOT HAVE DOORS THAT EITHER WONT OPEN OR CLOSE ALL THE WAY WHILE DRIVING ON THE ROAD.
