My movers: Deandre, Sheen, and Dwayne, were excellent! They arrived on time, acted friendly and respectful, and treated my belongings with care and expertise. Their professionalism and patience was exceptional and very helpful to me, as my move was emotional for me. They were efficient, knowledgeable and extremely organized in their efforts. This was a job that should’ve taken over three hours but they got it done in less than two. They single-handily packed each item and packed my container in such a way that it would arrive in the same shape. Thank you so much guys, I really appreciate your work values and wish you were my delivery crew in Florida too!

Wonderful and professional experience from beginning to end. I requested a quote online, they sent me their information and then followed up with a phone call. I agreed to their terms by signing a contract and my unit was delivered the next day by 9am. Ryan was my delivery man. He texted me when he was an hour away and then called when he was 15 minutes away. The delivery of the storage unit was fast, pleasant and efficient. I would definitely recommend their services!

Disclaimer: this review is in regard to the pickup/packing end of my move in Philly- I haven’t yet seen how transit and unpacking go. My move is cross-country to Los Angeles from here. —- I was SO happy and impressed with Reese and Che (forgive any spelling mistakes), who came to my VERY full 1 bedroom apartment and not only immediately calmed my anxiety at everything fitting in the shell, but took the time to meticulously plan it out to get it safely packed. While working quickly and carefully, the guys made sure I got to bring way more than I expected (everything fit when I thought there was no way it would or could) and that I knew what the plan was all the way along. They were beyond polite, just cool, kind guys. I really appreciated their professionalism, and the care they took not only within the apartment, but in making sure things were properly protected and secured before transit. I can’t speak highly enough of my experience with them. On the shell itself, because mine stayed on a smaller truck the whole move (inside of the truck) as is common in busy cities, it didn’t have any outer wrapping. While I understand this, it does make me feel like items may be dirtier and dustier in transit through warehouse, loading and unloading, than if the shell (a wire cage) was covered. I felt the pricing was fair (better than the main competitor chain for container moves), and communication leading up was Ok - I am not sure if I was ever made aware I needed to provide my own special kind of lock- if I was, it was early on in booking. I would have appreciated a reminder email a few days before the move including the lock info, and a note to be sure you have blankets, wrap, ratchet straps). It might even be smart to just sell the locks and be sure they have some available with each move. I know the company had various move tutorials and videos available that I’m sure contained that info but I don’t have time for that. Anyway, great team, so far so good on this end and now we will see how it goes.

I just moved out of nyc for the first time with a loved one and we were both so impressed by the services we received! I had a difficult time finding a moving company who could help us with a cross country move AND store our things while we acclimate to our new home. The movers we worked with, Kyle and Chris were very communicative, professional, and arrived with so many more moving materials than we had anticipated. I appreciated the care and transparency in which they both handled our boxes, furniture, and loading requests. Having Kyle & Chris's help and experience was a tremendous relief during this major life transition. I highly recommend these movers!

The 3 gentlemen who facilitated the move for me were amazing. It was a difficult time for me and they worked with me and let me take care of what I needed while they efficiently cleared out everything I requested. They were great at communicating with me throughout the process. My prior experiences have not been great, so this was refreshingly simple and organized. I wish I weren’t so bad with names and could give them props directly.
