I signed up to move with zippy shell because I was told that it would be an easy seamless moving process. They ask you the date you want to move and they say the shell will be delivered. What they don’t tell you is that it could be delivered any time during that day, even at 8pm and that they’re not going to tell you until an hour before so you have to be at home the entire day. During the sales pitch they say that they are flexible but if you ask for the shell to be delivered a day earlier they’ll just say no, that’s not possible. I wonder how many other lies I was told by the sales team. I will update my review once my shell arrives

Reached out with a few emails, got automated responses telling me to call back. Called half a dozen times (left a few voicemails) and finally got on the line with a representative. Had to be overly blunt and tell them I wanted a ballpark quote based on the zip codes I provided, not a roundabout sales pitch. I've moved many times in my life and know what I need, what I do not need is a lengthy spiel about the products and services with no prices. Such a tedious process to be told the 750 mile move I'm looking at will cost $5000 with their driving services, and that does not include any movers, just the box that I pack myself. No thanks.
