I highly recommend Zodys moving company! John, Shawn and Ricky were very professional and polite gentlemen who took great care of everything they moved for me! The task they had was larger than they expected, to add to that, they had to carry everything down my steep driveway!! These guys worked non stop and got the job done! I am so thankful for not only these 3 men but the additional 2 that showed up with an extra van and to get the job finished. Thank you so much for all you did for me! If you are reading this review and decide to use Zodys, be sure to tip these hard working men!! They deserve it! The only thing that could improve is a more clear communication with the crew - under estimating the amount to be moved, explaining the parking situation the crew ahead of time. Also, explaining the extra costs such as TV boxes and items that cannot be transported! Candles, liquor and that propane tanks need removed from grills, fire pits etc! Overall I’m still highly satisfied and will recommend Zodys to others in the future! Thanks to all! 🙂

Great experience with Zody’s moving. Everyone was great to work with - Dave, Zach, Levi, Mike and TJ. We had them pack the kitchen and pictures and everything was great. The move was from West Virginia to South Carolina and involved two stops for delivery. Can’t say enough good things about the guys!

Same sentiment as others. Lead mover was very short in conversation, a bit snippy. Also blocked the road even though requested to use the driveway. This blocked the mail route for the street residents that day(one way street). Several areas were missed in pack-up and not packed the next day on pickup/haul day. This unprofessional marking now results in personal property damage. Who wants to keep this and reuse it?!? I've had far more property moved at lower cost with much friendly crews.

I cannot say enough about Zody's. They moved my dad from MD to MA this week, and it went without one hitch. Everyone we dealt with was amazing and so responsive. Levi and his crew were incredible in loading the truck and explaining everything. And the guys who helped Levi unload in MA were fantastic as well. It truly could not have gone any better. I would use them again in a heartbeat and HIGHLY recommend them!

I hired Zody's to move me a few weeks ago. I had heard from several people that Zody's offers a professional and efficient moving experience. This is NOT what I received. The lead mover complained that he was tired from working weekends. (My move was on a Monday.) The three movers were continuously on their cell phones or taking smoke breaks. I got the feeling that even though this was a relatively small move, the movers wanted to get paid for as long as possible. For $170 an hour, I was expecting much more! Several items were damaged, including a $350 freezer. Luckily I found someone to fix this when the corner was smashed and would no longer close. After speaking to both Tina and Lauren in the office, I received NO customer satisfaction. I was told that they would "talk to the team" that moved me. How does this cover the damaged items or the wasted time that I paid top dollar for? I strongly do not recommend Zody's. Don't make the mistake that I did - do your homework. Moving is stressful enough!
