Very adequate hotel. Very helpful staff, shop next to reception is very handy. Rooms very large. Main issues are there is inadequate sound proofing in the walls especially in bathrooms where the hallway and neighbour sounds can be heard. Not as good as a Premier Inn but much more expensive so a little confusing. Also an odd thing is there was no duvet cover on the duvet, just sheets either side which didn't seem very hygienic but might just be a UK/US difference.

Loved this hotel. Room was great. Didn't much care for our bathroom though that pedestal sink is difficult to apply makeup and do your hair needs to be counter space, and makeup mirror didn't work for extra lighting in the bathroom. Staff was outstanding, loved everything else. Food in dining room was delicious 😋

Thank you to the hotel staff!! We stayed for the Jazz festival and we appreciate the help and kindness of the staff. Great location food and service. Our room was chic and very clean. We enjoy the housekeeping service. The reception desk was always helpful and greet us with a smile. Alex, Randall and Berhe were outstanding. Crystal at the bar was the best. We definitely coming back next year.

I stayed at the hotel for three nights and checked out 9/13 around 0400 to catch an early flight. I have spoken with the front desk three times since then to get a corrected receipt as each call only resulted in a partial correction. My third and final call seemed to fix the issue, but I am still waiting on the emailed receipt (5 hours later). Incredibly frustrating customer service. When you call the hotel, it is a game of chance whether you get the front desk or get transferred to the call center which cannot do anything to resolve the issue (still have an open trouble ticket). As a diamond member with plenty of stays, I WOULD NOT recommend this hotel!!

Let me just say that if ur looking for a good place to stay... Stay somewhere else. I've never been to a hotel that had NO customer service. My stay was paid by my job for training, all expenses paid. They still had me pay for parking, $50 a day??? The parking machine took my card and I had to wait 20 mins for help from the maintenance to get it out. AC didn't work in the room, just the heater... In summer, c'mon!!! Not to mention $7. Bottles water in my room? Everywhere else here in San Jose has water for their guests in their rooms. Just not a good stay at all... Won't be staying there again that's for sure!!!
