We had a very bad experience with this company with our move from Mexico to Canada. The estimates were way off, and they picked our stuff and sent it to the warehouse 4 hours away in a different city and then they provide a completely different estimate and because it was too much we had to pay almost $1000 to bring some items back to our home. We also had to pay the crew for a night of hotel and vehicle fines. On top of this, some of our most expensive furniture items arrived broken - the company took zero responsibility. Even though the crews were nice, their service was extremely messy and fragmented and they were very bad at follow ups. The move took way longer than originally planned. One of the worst experiences we had with any movers on any countries we did similar services. Highly NOT recommended! Seeing other reviews here, we can see we're not the only ones with similar issues. It was truly a really bad experience, compared to any other moving services we used in the past. Please choose a different company and thank me later.

It's with pleasure that I recommend Zoomalo for their very professional assistance in helping me through the Mexican customs system. After purchasing something out of the country, without the help of a customs broker, my purchase was being held and charged a daily storage fee. Zoomalo, (Cindi Coria,). Helped us retrieve our goods and pursued helping even while we were in transit. A true caring and helpful person, an asset to Zoomalo. Highly recommended.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I will be filing a complaint to PROFECO due to the fact that this company sold my items while continuing to collect THOUSANDS of dollars from me. They are crooks -- NOT to be trusted!! The employees there are unpleasant and attempt to sound professional but they are NOT honest! I hope they are honest about the dates when I file a complaint with the government authorities and they are investigated because that will easily prove that they essentially continued to accepted payments from me even though my items had been sold. David said he would call me after my attempt to straighten this out (or at least explain to me what happened to my things) but I have not heard from him. He will be hearing from me and the lawyers I will be hiring -- this is far from over and I will prove to everyone he is a thief and that his company ZOOMALOO needs to be shut down. Get your items out of his company before he is shut down by the authorities!

This is the second move I have made with Zoomalo Moving and Storage. Both moves have gone smoothly and within the quoted estimate. Pick up and delivery were on time and if they thought something wasn't packed well enough, they added additional packing. The delivery people were efficient, cooperative, and friendly.
